Not all installers are created equal.
TV installation of course includes electrical work and our work is always done “to code”. This is especially important if you don’t want cords to show. It is not proper to simply fish cords through the wall to reach an existing outlet, rather they need to be ‘rated’ from wall to outlet. We also always install into studs, whereas this is not always true with other installers…we know because we regularly do the repairs to jobs not properly executed.
Additionally, we want our clients to be happy. If for example, after a few weeks you realize the TV is too high or too low, we will return at no cost to you (when we are next in your area) and move the TV to your desired height. It doesn’t happen often, but it is just an example of the level of quality service you will receive from OC TV Mounts. Try asking a “big box store” to return for an adjustment and see how that goes.
